AAll issues related to the rental and management of the apartment are provided by our management team. Percentage of the amount received from the rent (the amount is written in the contract) remains with the company as commission. This amount includes meeting and farewelling guests, apartment services, management of all stages of booking the apartment and booking websites (Booking, Airbnb etc.) commissions. However, if damage occurs in the apartment, it is reimbursed by the management team, which excludes the inconvenience and unforeseen expenses of the apartment owner. This gives peace of mind to homeowners who are in another city or country, or for those for whom the managing time and resources are of top importance.
